Great Places and Spaces: Saltaire

The Kolter Group, developer of the One St. Petersburg condominiums, has released renderings for another project for downtown St. Petersburg called Saltaire.

Preliminary plans propose a 408-foot tower that would rise on what is now a parking lot, between the St. Petersburg Hilton hotel and the Northern Trust office building, on First Street South.

The building would contain approximately 200 residences as well as retail on the ground floor.

The developer’s website introduces the project as “a lifestyle of uncommon style and sophistication featuring spacious luxury residences with sweeping views of Tampa Bay, a refined collection of resort-style amenities and services and an enviable location in the heart of it all.”
