Great Places and Spaces: Riverwalk Place

Two Roads Development has announced plans to include a luxury hotel component to Riverwalk Place in Tampa.

Two Roads selected the international architecture firm Arquitectonica to design a substantially updated, 37-story tower facing the Hillsborough River, with 230 luxury hotel-branded residences, each with views of Tampa Bay.

The new 5-star hotel will comprise the ground floor to level 13. This includes 222 hotel rooms, plus ballrooms, meeting rooms, banquet space, a spa, fitness studio, restaurant and pool overlooking the river. Luxury condominiums will begin on the 14th floor, rising to the 36th, with a variety of sizes and floorplans.

The 37th-floor rooftop includes a resident-only private lounge, pool and fitness facility overlooking Tampa Bay. Prices of condominiums were not disclosed at the time of press.
