Great Places and Spaces: Altís Grand Central

The Altman Cos., a developer of rental apartment communities, opened Altís Grand Central, a residential development in the Hyde Park neighborhood at 504 W. Grand Central Ave., Tampa.

The 314-apartment homes have panoramic views of downtown, and the Tampa Bay area, from the apartment tower’s rooftop pool and sky lounge. The community has amenities including a sun deck, a spa, a Zen garden, an outdoor movie theater, a fire pit, barbecue areas, a dog park and a dog spa.

The towers include shopping and dining on the ground floor.

Altís Grand Central has studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with floor plans that range from 619 to 1,380-square-feet, with covered parking and car charging stations on every level.

BBX Capital Real Estate, a division of BBX Capital Corporation owns 50 percent of The Altman Cos.
