Great Places and Spaces: The Exchange Hotel

A new boutique hotel is coming to downtown St. Petersburg, this winter. The Exchange Hotel, formerly known as the Hotel Indigo, will feature 76 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a bar, in addition to event and meeting spaces.

At 234 Third Ave N., The Exchange Hotel is located blocks from Beach Drive and Central Avenue.

The hotel’s restaurant, yet to be announced, will present a new concept from Next Level Brands, a hospitality group led by local restaurateur Jeff Gigante.
