Great Places and Spaces: The Residences at Orange Station begins sales (RENDERINGS)

A new 16-story condominium tower, in downtown St. Petersburg, has launched sales. The Residences at Orange Station is the residential component of the mixed-use development, Orange Station at the Edge, at 1301 Central Ave.

Pricing for the Residences will begin in the $700,000s, with floor plans ranging from one-bedroom plus den to three-bedroom between 1,210 and 2,542 square feet.

The project will be the first LEED-certified green condo tower in downtown St. Petersburg and will include amenities such as a resident lounge, outdoor terrace, fitness center and more. Orange Station is a joint venture of J Square Developers, DDA Development and Backstreets Capital. Tim Clemmons of Place Architecture is designer of the project. Construction is expected to begin this fall, with completion set for 2024.
