Architecture and design firm Choeff Levy Fischman opens Tampa Office

Miami-based Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design has opened a Tampa office, at 2023 W. Platt Street, Suite 104.

The firm is known for designing luxury, waterfront single-family homes in South Florida for executives, celebrities and professional athletes such as Giovani Bernard, Asdrúbal Cabrera and Alex Rodriguez, according to a statement.

Choeff Levy Fischman has completed designs for waterfront residences in Tampa and Sarasota, some of which are currently under construction.

“The homes feature the firm’s signature Tropical Modern architecture, a style that fuses midcentury motifs with tropical elements including exotic South American woods and stones, elegant water features and the most advanced sliding window and doorway technology all culminating in the ultimate indoor-outdoor living experiences accentuated by pristine water views,” a statement said.
