The Floridan Palace Hotel will be joining the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand.

As part of the rebranding process, the 212-room property, located at 905 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa, will undergo a $25 million renovation, according to a statement.

1754 Properties, the South Florida-based owner and operator of the property, named Jane Finkel Levin, president of Levin Investment Realty, as retail leasing broker for the project.

“Jane’s very creative in her positioning of properties in the marketplace and has been a force in retail leasing in Tampa for 20 years,” said Alexander Galewicz, one of the principals of 1754 Properties, in the statement. “With the locations fronting Florida Avenue, new retailers will benefit from the more than 25,000 vehicles that pass by each day and the hundreds of new residences being developed around the hotel by top quality developers.”
