Great Places and Spaces: Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay (RENDERINGS)

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay are situated within 500 acres of land adjacent to Florida’s oldest aquatic preserve for which they are so named, Estero Bay. Now under construction, two towers will rise 22 stories. 

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay will overlook water views and the Saltleaf Marina. Starting at $3 million, residences range from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet and include two, three- and four-bedrooms and unobstructed water views. 

Amenities include a lounge, a café, a wine and whiskey room, a fitness center and a demonstration and catering kitchen. Outdoor amenities include three pools, a lagoon water feature with floating-like pavilions, Bocce courts, multiple firepits and barbeque stations. Exclusive to owners, The Experience Studio will provide personalized concierge service. 

The developer behind the project is London Bay Development Group, based in Naples. 

The first tower is slated for occupancy in 2025.
