Riveters Tampa holds grand opening joined by Mayor Jane Castor
Riveters Tampa held its grand opening joined by Tampa Mayor Jane Castor.
Riveters is a bar and restaurant on Dale Mabry with a nostalgic theme paying homage to World War II, with all servers dressed as Rosie the Riveter, and the team is all managed by women.
“It was a nice turnout and we were so thankful to have the Mayor’s support, as well as Councilmen from the City of Tampa,” said Andres Farfan, founder of Riveters Tampa.
Andres Farfan, originally from Colombia, has been in the hospitality industry since he began working at 17 years old.
Riveters Tampa is now open to the public with outdoor and indoor dining spaces. All their menu options are made with fresh ingredients and made-from-scratch. There is no onsite freezer, ensuring fresh food, according to a statement.
The restaurant is located at 2301 N Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa.
