Chef Brandi Smith began her career over 20 years ago, starting in the fast-food industry, as a Starbucks barista, and later training under a prominent chef. After becoming a mom, she established a catering business and then transitioned to personal chef and catering services, focusing on intimate dining experiences, in-home meal preparation and event catering services, as well as selling her recipes online.
In 2023, she was awarded the Tampa Bay Times Best of the Best People’s Choice Award for Best Caterer.
