Michelle Delker graduated from Leto High School and Hillsborough Community College, earned a bachelor’s degree from Simpson College and completed a master’s degree from the University of Tampa, before becoming a Florida-licensed CPA. In 2022, she earned a Strategic CFO Certificate from Wharton Executive Education. Her two-decade corporate career culminated as CFO of a $300 million organization, where she led multimillion-dollar negotiations, rebuilt finance teams and guided organizations through financial crises.
In 2022, Delker established The William Stanley CFO Group. In just two years, the firm has delivered results, achieving a $1.5 million return for every $100,000 invested by its clients and has contributed more than $400,000 of in-kind services to local nonprofits and small businesses.
Additionally, as treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County, she helps guide financial strategies, creating affordable housing opportunities for those who need it most. In 2024, her firm won the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Small Business of the Year Award.
