Student housing development near USF is complete

Landmark Properties, a real estate firm specializing in the development, construction, investment management and operation of residential communities, has completed The Metropolitan Tampa, a 759-bed, 276-unit student housing development, at 2701 E. Fowler Avenue, in Tampa.

Opening to residents in August 2024, the five-story residential community was designed by Niles Bolton Associates with Landmark Construction, the in-house construction arm of Landmark Properties, serving as general contractor.

The Metropolitan Tampa offers a mix of studios to four-bedroom, fully furnished student apartments. The building offers resort-style amenities such as an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, jumbotron, grilling areas, a gaming lawn, two courtyards and a fitness center. Study centers and onsite parking are also available to residents.
