Boca Raton real estate owner and operator purchases Pinellas Business Center for $27.2 million

Basis Industrial, a privately held real estate owner and operator, based in Boca Raton, closed on the Pinellas Business Center, in St. Petersburg.

With the addition of this property, Basis grows its portfolio in the Tampa Bay area to 650,000 square feet.

The Pinellas Business Center is at 10901-11001 Roosevelt Boulevard and 1000 112th Circle North. It sold for $27.2 million, according to a statement.

Located in the Gateway submarket, the property has tenants like Sensidyne, Leidos, Curant Health Florida, IDEXX Reference Laboratories and Sunbelt Home Solutions.
