Flagship Healthcare Properties, an outpatient
health care real estate firm, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, leased space in the Fletcher Medical Office Building, at 3331 & 3333 W. Fletcher Avenue, in Tampa, for a Women’s Care location, a women’s health
physician group. 

NetPark Tampa Bay, a nearly one million-square-foot shopping mall turned office complex, in Hillsborough County, has sold to a New Jersey-based investment firm for $45 million.

Tampa General Hospital’s Jessica Brumley, a certified nurse midwife at Tampa General Hospital and associate professor and director of the Division of Midwifery, was named president of the American College of Nurse-Midwives. 

McKibbon Hospitality, in Tampa, promoted Stacy Royalty as regional vice president of operations, responsible for supporting a portfolio of hotels with operational strategy, budget planning, leadership development and recruitment of general managers, sales initiatives, guest satisfaction and more.

Rithm is a development located in Tampa’s Uptown District.


Core Spaces and RD Management, two real estate developers and operators, are partnering to bring new mixed-use residential projects to Rithm, a development located in Tampa’s Uptown District.

Nickelytics, a Tampa provider of data-driven advertising services, completed the acquisition of On Touch Go, an advertising platform.

The Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA launched its Licensed Preschool Program at the Central City YMCA, in Tampa Heights, and YMCA Camp Sierra, in Carrollwood. 

Kahwa Coffee opened a location, at 4530 W Gandy Blvd., Tampa. 

Tampa dentist Dr. Christopher Bulnes was recognized with the Florida Dental Association Dentist of the Year award for his role in advancing oral health care and dentistry, in Florida.


Visit Tampa Bay and FC St. Pauli announced a new partnership where Visit Tampa Bay will support the club from Millerntor Stadium, with an initial two-year deal that includes media opportunities, Tampa takeovers and more.
