Bath & Racquet Residences and Club celebrated the groundbreaking of its new luxury residential development, in Sarasota, on April 9, kicking off construction, expected to be completed by December 2026.
The redevelopment project features 256 luxury condominiums, housed in four-story buildings, designed with hurricane-proof windows and concrete construction for enhanced safety. With more than 20 different floor plans, including seven three-story penthouses, residences are priced from $700s, per square foot. Most units, including all one-bedroom units, have already been pre-sold since sales began, in January 2023.
Amenities will include 13 tennis courts, 16 pickleball courts (including 12 indoor air-conditioned courts), a resort-style pool, a private residential pool, a full-service restaurant and bar, a fitness center, wellness facilities, a playground, a dog park and walking trails. The development also includes plans for bike storage, private unit storage and assigned parking.
