Seacoast Bank opens Midtown branch

Jo-Lynn Brown April 28, 2025

Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida opened a new, full-service, branch in Tampa’s Midtown district.

Located at 1150 Assembly Drive, Suite 200, the new branch is part of Seacoast’s broader strategy to enhance access to personalized financial services and support economic growth across Hillsborough County, according to a statement.

“We’re excited to continue broadening our presence in the Tampa Bay area through the opening of our newest branch in Tampa Midtown,” said Nate Wood, executive vice president and Tampa market president for Seacoast Bank. “Tampa is a vibrant and growing community, and we’re eager to support its residents and businesses with the exceptional, relationship-driven banking experience Seacoast is known for.”

The new location will be managed by Mindy Lodge, vice president and banking center manager, who brings more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services.

Seacoast Bank, headquartered in Stuart, Florida, is one of the largest Florida-based community banks and continues to expand its footprint across the state. Wood and a team of commercial bankers lead the company’s Tampa market operations.
