Sales gallery opens for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay

Buyers can now tour model kitchen, bath and amenity previews as 20-story tower eyes 2026 completion
Jo-Lynn Brown May 1, 2025

Kolter Urban has opened a new sales gallery for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay, offering potential buyers an immersive preview of the luxury waterfront development, slated for completion in late 2026.

Located at 475 Quay Commons, in the Quay Sarasota district, the gallery features panoramic views of Sarasota Bay, an enhanced scale model of the property and a curated design center that allows buyers to explore finish options and view model kitchen, bathroom and closet displays.

The 20-story tower will include 78 flow-through residences, ranging from 3,500 to nearly 6,000 square feet. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, a waterfront fitness center, a spa with vitality pools, a private dining program with app-based ordering and a secure outdoor dog park.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is leading sales efforts. Private tours of the gallery are now available by appointment.

Kolter Urban previously announced the project in 2024.
