Tampa Bay Brewing Company plans to expand its brewery operation in Westchase, adding 12 new positions and investing $700,000 in production and manufacturing equipment.

Kforce Government Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tampa-based Kforce, named Maureen Coyle CEO, succeeding Pat Moneymaker.

WellCare Health Plans will acquire Meridian Health Plan of Michigan, Meridian Health Plan of Illinois and MeridianRx for $2.5 billion in cash.
