Annie Blake, Ayme Harrison, Isaac Grillo and April DeVona have combined their experiences in the cocktail industry to transform the nearly century-old Falcon House, 116 NE Sixth Ave., Delray Beach, into a spot that offers an elevated-yet-approachable and relaxing cocktail experience. There is a dedication to freshness, including orgeat syrups for the mai tais and coconut creams for piña coladas that are made in-house.
