815 Water Street breaks ground

Strategic Property Partners has broken ground on the first residential building in Water Street Tampa, the 50-acre-plus downtown mixed-use development. Expected to open in late 2020, the building’s two towers will rise 21 and 26 stories, with 35,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Kohn Pedersen, Fox Associates is the architect on the project and Cecconi Simone designed the interior.
