►Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) sold LeMans – Lakeland, a 198-unit apartment property located in Lakeland, for $16,250,000.

►The Florida Polytechnic University Foundation added Ivette A. O’Doski and Joshua McCoy to its Board of Directors.
