►Trenam Law shareholder Lara Roeske Fernandez has been included among BTI’s Client Service All-Stars 2019. 

►Alan List, CEO and president of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute in Tampa, was inducted into the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame.

►The Dikman Co.’s Erika Zipfel Matscherz received the Member to Member Deal of the Year award at the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors annual Pinnacle Awards.

►Chase Pattillo, the former head of brokerage services for commercial real estate brokerage firm CBRE’s Tampa office, was hired by multifamily developer Fore Property Co. to open and lead its Tampa office.
