Tampa’s Liz Olguin launches campaign to support local restaurants

A Tampa-based woman entrepreneur has launched a new initiative to support the Tampa Bay area dining scene.

Get Back to Dining Tampa is a campaign created to engage the local community and highlight restaurants that have reopened and are inviting customers to come back and dine.

“We are a local business and understand how hard it has been these past few months. As a past

server and bartender, I can feel their pain. The initiative is our way of helping to put the spotlight back on our amazing restaurant scene and getting the community involved,” said Liz Olguin, founder and owner of Xpress UrSelf Media, a Tampa-based event management firm.

The campaign offers a variety of incentives to encourage locals to get involved including gift card contests, and a chance to win a $500 staycation in Tampa this summer, according to a statement.

Get Back to Dining Tampa is wholly funded by Xpress UrSelf Media. The campaign launched June 8 and runs until Father’s Day, June 21.
