Willow Ave., Tampa.

Jose Bello was named vice president, community outreach officer for Encore Bank.

Naked Farmer opened its third restaurant location, at 1001 Water St., in Water Street Tampa.

Shumaker lawyer Samantha Peckham was appointed to the Tampa Club board of directors, joining fellow Shumaker lawyer, partner and community associations business sector chair Jonathan Ellis, who serves on the board as club president.

CliftonLarsonAllen announced that its CLA Foundation granted $737,500 to 50 organizations, across the country, through its winter grant cycle, with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast and Think Big for Kids, both in Tampa Bay, receiving funds.

Gino Casanova, the former head of government affairs at AdventHealth’s West Florida division, has joined Tampa-based Shumaker Advisors Florida as chief of staff.
