CBRE signed a 17,455 square foot lease at the Heights Union development located at 2002 N. Tampa St., in Tampa, and will relocate from 101 E. Kennedy Blvd. in the second quarter of 2023 to occupy the entire ground floor, as well as a private 1,500 square foot outdoor space equipped with power, Wi-Fi and shaded seating. (Pictured above)

Lions Eye Institute for Transplant and Research, a Tampa nonprofit organization, forged an agreement to acquire SightLife of Seattle, which, combined, will make it the largest eye bank, tissue recovery and ocular research center in the world with nearly 300 employees.

  Inpeco, a Switzerland-based company specializing in clinical lab automation, is planning to open a regional headquarters in Tampa.
