A look inside Kolter Urban’s newly completed Hyde Park House Tampa (PHOTOS)

Kolter Urban, a Palm Beach-based real estate development and investment firm, has finished the construction of Hyde Park House Tampa.

Located at 2103 Bayshore Boulevard, the 22-story development has 70 waterfront residences showcasing unobstructed views of Hillsborough Bay and the Tampa skyline.

Designed by SB Architects and BDG Architects, in Tampa, with interiors by Decorators Unlimited by Bob Martin, Hyde Park House Tampa offers two to three-bedroom residences, ranging from 1,900 to almost 3,500 square feet, according to a statement.

Penthouses provide four-bedroom residences with more than 5,000 square feet of living space.

The building offers security with private access-controlled elevators, secured package storage and a 24-hour concierge.

Kolter Urban has its western regional office in St. Petersburg.
