The TradeWinds Island Resorts – the Island Grand Resort and Rumfish Beach Resort – located on St. Pete Beach, named Rob Ferguson as vice president of sales and marketing.

New York-based Red Apple Real Estate secured $252 million in financing for the construction of its in-progress, 46-story luxury residential tower, The Residences at 400 Center, in downtown St. Petersburg, provided by Bank OZK. 

The Simms Team with Coastal Properties Group International announced that Tami Simms has taken the role of managing partner of its operations.
