One Liners Sarasota and Manatee: IMG Academy, Darwin Brewing and more

IMG Academy, in Bradenton, was sold to a Swedish global private equity group EQT, in partnership with its portfolio company Nord Anglia Education, in an all-cash deal, for $1.25 billion, according to Endeavor Group Holdings, the previous owner of IMG. 

► Darwin Brewing, in a partnership with Lakewood Ranch-based Gold Coast Eagle Distributing, is launching its first batch, Maize Morada, a hazy IPA brewed with purple corn.
