► Pyper, a marketing agency, in St. Petersburg, named Angela Stork as creative director. 

► Vogue Society Boutique, a women’s clothing boutique, plans to open at 212 2nd Street North, in St. Petersburg. 

► A Tesla Supercharger is planned for the parking lot of the Lowe’s Home Improvement store, at 2365 25th Street North, St. Petersburg. 

► Runrun Kids Store opened a 1,300-square-foot shop, at 3962 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg.

► Sounding Joy, a St. Petersburg-based charity that provides hearing aids to children whose families cannot afford them, will hold its second annual charity golf tournament October 14, at 8:30 a.m., at Tampa’s Westchase Golf Club. 

► Run Unlimited, a treadmill studio, opened at 2nd Ave. S., Unit 101, St. Petersburg. 

► Sunshine State Economic Development Corp. added Aaron Sherwood to its board of directors. 

► Clearwater-based nonprofit Eckerd Connects added David Bennett, of Washington, D.C., and Michael Goodwin, of Scottsdale, Arizona, to its board of directors. 

► St. Petersburg-based BayFirst National Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of BayFirst Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BAFN), has opened its tenth banking center and its second full-service location, in Sarasota. 

Sage’s Playground

► Sage’s Playground, a dog-themed, and dog-friendly, coffee shop, will open at 218 4th Street North, in downtown St. Pete. 

► The St. Petersburg Arts Alliance added Jason Mathis, chief executive officer of the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, as an honorary member of the SPAA Board of Directors. 

► The Blend Coffee & Cocktails plans to open a new location, at 3001 16th Street North, in St. Petersburg. 

► The Oyster Bar plans to reopen, at 2245 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg.
