► Shutts & Bowen named Amanda B. Buffinton as managing partner of the firm’s Tampa office. 

►  The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts opened the doors to its new space, at 1630 E. 7th Avenue, in Ybor City. 

► Beef ‘O’ Brady’s opened a new location, at 3687 Tampa Road, Oldsmar.

► Engel & Völkers South Tampa Real Estate Advisor Faye Barekat achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. 

The Tampa Bay Economic Prosperity Foundation received a $100,000 grant from the Truist Foundation.

► Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay unveiled its hurricane response distribution center, at 5148 Le Tourneau Circle, in Tampa. 

► The Tampa Bay Economic Prosperity Foundation, an affiliated organization of the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council, received a $100,000 grant from the Truist Foundation for its Inclusive Economic Growth Initiative. 

Autumn Etheredge

► Springfield, Illinois will be added as a nonstop route from Tampa International Airport, by Breeze Airways, starting December 4. 

► Autumn Etheredge joined Compass, a real estate agency, in Tampa. 

► Steve Young joined HCA Florida Blake Hospital as the new chief executive officer. 

► The University of South Florida was awarded a $17 million grant from the Federal Railroad Administration’s Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvement program. 

► Joe Rudisill joined HCA Florida Englewood Hospital as its new CEO. 

► Kaye Bender Rembaum, a law firm specializing in community association law, promoted Kerstin Henze to firm member and managing attorney of the firm’s Tampa location. 

An OVME medspa opened in Tampa.

► The Hillsborough Transportation Planning Organization selected Dr. Johnny Wong as its executive director. 

► Dr. Mark McKenna opened an OVME medspa location, on the corner of Bay to Bay Blvd. and Esperanza Ave., in the Palma Ceia area. 

► Tampa-based creative and marketing advertising agency BKN Creative is collaborating with local Tampa brewery Deviant Libation on the brewery’s first can release for its beer, Visibility, a sour ale. 

► Stageworks Theatre, in Tampa, has hired long-time arts administration, management and events director Audrie Cuddy Ranon as director of development. 

Gino Casanova

► Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County plans to relocate its East Hillsborough ReStore, in Tampa, to 8247 N. Florida Avenue, near the Sulphur Springs Water Tower. 

► Shumaker Advisors’ Chief of Staff Gino Casanova has been elected to the Early  Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County board of directors, where he will serve a four-year term. 

► Tampa General Hospital Heart & Vascular Institute opened a Sun City Center clinic, at 959 E Del Webb Blvd. 

► Tampa-based labor and employment law firm Johnson Jackson added Olivia DeScala and Maddi McLeland as associate attorneys.
