JLL signs new office tenant at Buschwood Park, in Tampa

JLL completed an office lease totaling 18,540 square feet with a new tenant, Agency for Community Treatment Services, at the office property Buschwood Park II, located at 3450 Buschwood Park Drive, in Tampa.

ACTS is a provider of behavioral health services for recovery and mental health programs. It will be relocating from East Tampa and plans to occupy the space by spring, 2024.

Located at the Southeast corner of Busch Boulevard and Himes Avenue, Buschwood Park I and II has an on-site café, a tenant lounge and a conference center.

JLL provides property management services at the property.
