Kolter Urban selects Moss Construction as general contractor for ONE Tampa (RENDERINGS)

Kolter Urban has selected Moss Construction as the general contractor for ONE Tampa, a 42-story, 225-residence development, in Downtown Tampa.

Moss, a general contracting firm, has worked on projects like Cora Water Street Tampa, JW Marriott Clearwater Beach, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sarasota, St Regis Resort and Residences Longboat Key and Auberge Beach Residences & Spa in Fort Lauderdale.

Designed by Adache Group Architects, ONE Tampa will offer a selection of one- to three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 1,100 to 4,000 square feet.

The top three floors of the building will include two levels of estate residences and one with four penthouses, all featuring three-bedroom plus den floor plans.

Kolter Urban has a regional office in St. Petersburg.
