Serena by the Sea, a waterfront condominium project by Valor Capital, which is still completing construction, has listed its largest unit for sale.

The unit, listed for $2,999,000, has an open-concept layout, panoramic views and an interior that blends modern aesthetics with custom-made Italian finishes, hardwood bedroom floors and large porcelain tiles in all living areas.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo contains Gaggenau kitchen appliances including double ovens, an espresso coffee maker and a wine fridge.

Serena by the Sea offers a resort-style saltwater pool and jacuzzi, a private spa club and fitness center and concierge services.
