New Hotel Collection has opened a new location of The Scott, its signature coffee bar, in the lobby of its hotel in Harbourside Resort, on Indian Rocks Beach.
The coffee bar, which features craft coffee from St. Petersburg-based Hogg Batch Experimental Coffee Roasters, is the second location for The Scott, which opened its first location in the Cordova Inn, in downtown St. Petersburg, in 2021.
“The Scott’s new location will offer everyone in the Indian Rocks Beach area the opportunity to have Hogg Batch’s distinctive coffee,” says Tommy Del Zoppo, co-chief executive officer of New Hotel Collection. “This concept has been very popular at our Cordova Inn property and we’re excited to enhance the guest experience at our facility in Harbourside Resort.
In addition to its property in Harbourside Resort and the Cordova Inn, New Hotel Collection owns the Beachside Resort, in Indian Shores, and the Central Hotel in Sevierville, Tennessee.
