► ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), has named Kaela Lerner as senior vice president, treasury management sales and Tiffany Rodriguez as vice president, commercial banking officer.

► Kevin Jenkins joined Strategos Group, a national management consultancy, based in Tampa, as director of enterprise growth and investments. 

► Tampa General Hospital presented plans for the new TGH Surgical, Neuroscience & Transplant Pavilion at a Tampa City Council meeting and received unanimous approval to rezone land, paving the way for construction for the building which will be the flagship of Tampa General’s $550 million Master Facility Plan. 

► Tampa Electric Co. installed new solar plants in Hillsborough County (Dover Solar), Pasco County (Juniper Solar) and Polk County (Alafia Solar and Lake Mabel Solar). 

Jet ICU

► Tampa-based The Facilities Group, a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group and Revolent Capital Solutions, acquired National Healthcare Resources, of Chicago, a provider of health care-environment support services, such as cleaning and maintenance. 

►  Jet ICU, an air ambulance service, began construction on a new $10.5 million hangar and office complex, at Tampa International Airport. 

► The Mosaic Co. elected Jody Kuzenko, president and chief executive officer of Torex Gold, to the Tampa-based company’s board of directors. 

Camila Sainz de la Pena

► Camila Sainz de la Peña was promoted to partner at AiC Architecture, in Tampa. 

► Hillsborough County Aviation Authority Board elected retired Air Force Brig. Gen. Arthur F. “Chip” Diehl III as its new chair. 

► Seffner-based Lazydays closed on a $35 million mortgage loan facility, funded by clients of Coliseum Capital Management. 

Jennifer Lopez

► Jennifer Lopez has been named chief of staff of Questmont Virtual Family Office, in Tampa.

► Tampa Airport Logistics, a two-building Tampa industrial property, at 5450 Johns Road, has sold for $55.6 million to an LLC belonging to the New York real estate investment firm Clarion Partners. 

Insight Global

► Insight Global, an Atlanta-based international staffing company, leased a 20,000-square-foot office space, in Midtown Tampa. 

► Tampa-based Bloomin’ Brands appointed Dave George, former chief operating officer of Darden Restaurants, and Jon Sagal, partner at Starboard, to its board of directors. 

► Mainsail Lodging & Development, a Tampa-based hospitality company that develops and operates lodging properties in the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean, has won the 2023 J.W. Marriott Jr. Guest Experience Award and Marriott Bonvoy Luminary Award.
