Speer Dream Foundation awards more than $2.3 million in grants during inaugural disbursement

Speer Dream Foundation, a St. Petersburg faith-based philanthropic organization, awarded more than $2.3 million in grants to twenty-one local nonprofit organizations serving the local community.

Lisa Vickers, chief executive officer of the Speer Dream Foundation, says that the foundation, “is dedicated to making a difference in our community. We are driven to transform lives, build communities and enact positive change.”

The Speer Dream Foundation focuses on four key pillars: education, military and first responder assistance, medical support and community outreach by supporting nonprofit organizations in the Tampa Bay area semiannually.
