The Tampa Bay Rays and Hines revealed new renderings of the Gas Plant District redevelopment including visions for an activated Booker Creek, Class A office space and an art installation.
The project will include nearly 8 million square feet of mixed-use development, anchored by a new baseball stadium, and cost more than $6.5 billion, over 20 years.
It is being reported as the largest mixed-use development project in Tampa Bay history.
