Cary Street Partners ‘plants its flag’ in Tampa with a new office and three seasoned Tampa Bay financial advisors

Cary Street Partners, based in Richmond, Virginia, has expanded with the opening of a new office in Tampa, the first of its offices in Florida.

Joining the Tampa office are three veteran financial advisors including Steven R. Cere, Jason M. Walters and Christopher M. Nardi.

“We are excited to join Cary Street Partners and look forward to serving clients. The firm’s client-centric culture and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our professional values. With first-class technology and a collaborative team environment, we are well-equipped to provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services that truly make a difference in our clients’ lives,” said Cere, Walters and Nardi, in a joint statement.

With the three veterans on board, they bring a collective of 50 years of experience to the Cary Street Partners Tampa office.

“We will be working with clients, through financial planning, helping them achieve their various goals,” says Nardi. “We’ve created so many great contacts and centers of influence and with the model we’re working in, we can bring the best of Tampa Bay in a wealth management experience to each individual relationship.”

Joseph R. Schmuckler, chief executive officer of Cary Street Partners, said, “Steven, Jay and Chris are seasoned professionals who bring a wealth of experience and a strong dedication to client service that perfectly aligns with our firm’s core values. Their addition strengthens our team and supports our growth strategy in the Southeast.”
