The Filet Mignon Dinner for two, priced at $149.95, has USDA Choice filet mignons that are hand-cut in-house, creamed spinach flavored with nutmeg and pancetta, and a creamy potato puree with a subtle tang of sour cream. The Dry Aged Prime New York Strip Steak Dinner Kit is available for $139.95. The Prime Delmonico Steak Dinner Kit, at $165.95, offers USDA Prime Delmonico steaks (boneless ribeye). A Steak Sample 6-Pack is also available for $249.95 which includes USDA Choice Filet Mignon, USDA Prime New York Strip, and Delmonico (boneless ribeye) steaks, all aged and hand-cut in-house.
