Moffitt Cancer Center names senior vice president, chief informatics and technology officer

Moffitt Cancer Center appointed Beth Lindsay-Wood as its new senior vice president and chief informatics and technology officer.

In her new role, Lindsay-Wood will oversee the cancer center’s technology strategy and operations, ensuring that technological initiatives align with Moffitt’s business goals and enhance patient care.

Lindsay-Wood is responsible for managing Moffitt’s IT infrastructure, clinical informatics, cybersecurity and IT applications across the enterprise.

With more than 30 years of experience as an IT executive, Lindsay-Wood has held senior leadership positions in prominent health care organizations including Tampa General Hospital, Sentara Healthcare and the City of Hope.

She previously served as Moffitt’s chief information officer from 2020 to 2022.
