BayCare Health System’s $1.9 billion financing plan received unanimous approval from the Hillsborough County Industrial Development Authority, which includes $126 million to construct and renovate several new buildings at St. Petersburg’s St. Anthony’s Hospital.

Tampa-based digital advertising startup Nickelytics has partnered with Sarasota’s NILENT to provide more name, image and likeness (NIL) opportunities for college athletes, corporate sponsors and distribution collectives. 

FlyUSA, a Tampa-based private aviation company, is now offering a new membership program, the Ascend Club, which rewards loyal customers with exclusive benefits, including a 2% cash-back rebate.

The Florida Aquarium relaunched Coral Haze, a pale ale with a mission from Coppertail Brewing, in Tampa, with sales directly going to the Aquarium’s critical coral conservation efforts.

Engel & Völkers South Tampa announced that Paris Dunlap joined this boutique-style real estate brokerage located on Dale Mabry Highway, in Tampa. 


Dr. Robert C. Gallo, considered one of the best biomedical scientists in American history and the most referenced scientist in the world for a decade (1980-1990), joined Tampa General Hospital as founder and director of the Microbial Oncology Program at the TGH Cancer Institute and senior scientific advisor to the executive director.
