Pasco EDC Announces 2025 Executive Committee Leaders

The Pasco Economic Development Council has announced the leaders of its 2025 Executive Committee for the Board of Directors. Staceyann Sinclair Jibbison, who has served on the board for seven years, will take the helm as chair; supported by Vice Chair Paul Manuel, of Coastal Design Consultants, Secretary/Treasurer Alain Fernandez, from Suncoast Credit Union and, Immediate Past Chair, Michele Leo Hintson, of Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick.

The Board meets six times a year and engages in task forces covering topics such as innovation, technology and business connections, alongside committees focused on workforce, marketing, international relationships and entrepreneurship.

Currently, Pasco EDC has 97 investors and 45 Board and Policy Council members.
