Veterans Florida and SPC offer Entrepreneurship Program for veterans

St. Petersburg College and Veterans Florida have partnered, for a second year, to offer the Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program, designed to help veterans transition to business ownership.

The 8-week program provides veterans with the skills and resources needed to launch and grow a business including workshops, online training, mentoring and networking opportunities.

The program, funded by the Florida Legislature and Veterans Florida, will be offered at no cost to participants. It will run in two cohorts during spring 2025: one at SPC’s Clearwater campus, starting Jan. 21, and another at The Greenhouse in St. Petersburg, beginning in March.
