Savage Coffees, a Panama-based coffee producer and roastery known for its Geisha coffee, will open its first café in the United States at The Nolen, a 23-story luxury condominium near Beach Drive, in downtown St. Petersburg.
Founded in 2016 by Jamison and Leslie Savage, the company has earned global recognition for its innovations in coffee processing and sustainability including pioneering the use of Carbonic Maceration.
The Nolen, a boutique residential tower slated for completion in early 2025, features 31 fully occupied residences.
The Nolen is a collaboration among DDA Development, Backstreets Capital, Place Architecture and Melissa Kelly Design Studio, with Smith & Associates as the exclusive broker and Ellison Construction as the general contractor.
