Gallery Haus, a 23-story luxury residential tower, is under development, in downtown St. Petersburg, at the intersection of the Edge and Warehouse districts.
The project will feature 251 multifamily residences, designed by Baker Barrios. It will offer more than 10,000 square feet of amenity and coworking space, along with 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, along the Pinellas Trail.
The sixth-floor amenity deck will include a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art gym and additional coworking spaces.
The tower’s location is notable for its proximity to the $6.5 billion redevelopment of Tropicana Field, which will transform the surrounding Historic Gas Plant District with residential units, office spaces, retail and a new baseball stadium.
Construction is expected to begin in late 2024, with completion slated for 2026.
