The Dalí Museum Café Gala Cookbook

The Dalí Museum released the “The Dalí Museum Café Gala Cookbook,” a 200-page collection of 55 Spanish-inspired recipes curated by Café Gala’s Chef Chuck Bandel and Museum Director Hank Hine. The cookbook captures the flavors of Catalan and Spanish cuisine, blending culinary artistry with Salvador Dalí’s imaginative world.

Featuring Bandel’s photography, watercolor illustrations and select Dalí works, the cookbook offers recipes for tapas, soups, meats and desserts, alongside stories of their origins. Bandel’s influence includes training with culinary legends like Paco Pérez and Martín Berasategui.

“The Dalí Museum Café Gala Cookbook” is available for $39.95 at The Dalí Museum Store and online at TheDali.org.
