Rivero, Gordimer & Company, a Tampa-based accounting firm, has promoted Karl N. Swan to shareholder. Swan, who has been with the firm for over 14 years, becomes RGCO’s 10th shareholder.
Swan has built a reputation for expertise in tax strategy and planning, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and consulting for closely held businesses.
Managing shareholder Herman V. Lazzara praised Swan’s leadership, calling him “a cornerstone of our Tax Team,” and highlighting his contributions to client relationships and results.
RGCO was founded in 1983 and now employs 70 staff members. The firm recently celebrated its 40th anniversary.
