One Stop Cares, a nonprofit focused on providing support services to affordable housing communities, has appointed Audrey Abraham as its new executive director. Abraham has worked with One Stop Housing, the nonprofit’s affiliated housing development company, for more than 20 years. She began her career as a property manager, before advancing to regional manager.
In her new role, Abraham will oversee initiatives that provide wraparound services to residents in workforce housing communities.
“Audrey embodies the passion and dedication that define One Stop Cares,” said Maurice Campbell, the organization’s president. “Her firsthand experience, working with families in need, and her deep commitment to our mission make her the perfect person to lead us forward.”
Mark Vengroff, chairman of One Stop Cares, said Abraham’s leadership will help the nonprofit expand its reach and continue providing critical support for families.
One Stop Cares provides educational programs, leadership training and financial support to residents in Sarasota and Memphis, Tennessee.
