One Liners Sarasota and Manatee: Neal Communities, Hooters and more


Neal Communities launched pre-sales at Palm Grove, a new Lakewood Ranch community of 900 homes, townhomes and paired villas, in east Manatee County, near Lake Manatee State Park, with prices starting in the low $300,000s.

Neal Communities, a homebuilder in Lakewood Ranch, donated $25,000 in November and December to support community events and youth sports, including $5,000 to the Cape Coral Junior Football Association, a nonprofit serving youth ages 5 to 14 in football and 5 to 18 in cheer, for over 50 years.
