One Liners Sarasota and Manatee: Neal Communities, Hooters and more

⊲ Neal Communities launched pre-sales at Palm Grove, a new Lakewood Ranch community of 900 homes, townhomes and paired villas, in east Manatee County, near Lake Manatee State Park, with prices starting in the low $300,000s.

⊲Neal Communities, a homebuilder in Lakewood Ranch, donated $25,000 in November and December to support community events and youth sports, including $5,000 to the Cape Coral Junior Football Association, a nonprofit serving youth ages 5 to 14 in football and 5 to 18 in cheer, for over 50 years.


⊲ Realtor Brittany Clemen has joined Ronto Realty, in Sarasota, as a sales associate, bringing over 12 years of Florida experience to represent The Owen Golden Gate Point, a gated mid-rise boutique building currently under construction, with 29 luxurious residences on ten floors.

⊲Michael Saunders & Company has launched MSC Advantage, an innovative program offering home-sellers an unsecured line of credit up to $50,000 to fund home improvements or repairs before listing, with repayment conveniently made at the time of sale.


⊲ SVN Commercial Advisory Group is proud to announce the successful sale of a 15.53-acre site, located at 10308 & 10110 US Highway 41 in Palmetto, for its full asking price of $3.5 million. 

⊲Hooters of Sarasota Managing Partner John Irwin received the General Manager of the Year award from LTP Management on January 22. Irwin has worked for the company since 1987.  This is the first time he has received the General Manager of the Year honor.
