Achieva Credit Union names president and CEO, honors retiring leader Gary Regoli

Achieva Credit Union has appointed Eric Jenkins as its new president and chief executive officer, succeeding Gary Regoli, who is retiring after 17 years with the financial institution.

Jenkins brings more than 30 years of credit union leadership experience, most recently serving as CEO of SRP Federal Credit Union, in North Augusta, South Carolina. He previously led Education Credit Union, in Amarillo, Texas, and has held senior leadership roles at Georgia United Credit Union, CU Partner Link and Georgia Credit Union Affiliates.

Regoli’s tenure was marked by expansion, member-focused initiatives and a commitment to community service, according to a statement.

“Serving as CEO of Achieva Credit Union has been the honor of a lifetime,” Regoli said. “Together, we’ve built more than just a financial institution—we’ve built a culture where people genuinely care about making a difference.”

Achieva Credit Union, founded in 1937 in Pinellas County, has more than $2.9 billion in assets and serves over 194,000 members across more than 26 branches.
